ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The 28 DAY YOGA FIT CHALLENGE is designed to help you develop a Daily Movement Practice. Moving your body everyday with PURPOSE will have a POSITIVE IMPACT on your physical and mental health and well-being. This Challenge does not require a lot of time out of your schedule so YOU CAN DO THIS! It's a Step by Step Program including: 1. Everyday Chakra Yoga Practice ... (10 min each) 2. One Upper Body & Core per week ... (15 - 20 min each) 3. One Lower Body per week ... (15 - 25 min each) 4. One Specialty Workout per week... (Each Week experience a different Specialty like Yoga-Dance, Cardio-Dance, Yoga-Fit) Do the sessions anytime ... your challenge is to complete all sessions within 28 days.
